Lamont & Co
Seasoned developers Andrew and Tim Lamont, are excited to release this second stage of FABRIC of ONEHUNGA, rounding out the vibrant pocket neighbourhood that sits between Victoria St and Spring St. The directors of Lamont & Co are behind a number of Auckland’s most successful urban living precincts including The Onehunga Mall Club with every point of view on bustling Onehunga Mall, and SKHY, a mixed-use precinct on Khyber Pass Road in Grafton which recently won the 2020 New Zealand Architecture Award for multi-unit housing.

The Onehunga Mall Club is a collection of 102 apartments set above two levels of car parking and retail in Onehunga's heritage town centre. The eight-level building designed by Ashton Mitchell provides a unique outlook and different point of view across the four corners of Auckland.
FABRIC of Onehunga
Award-winning FABRIC is a pocket neighbourhood where considered apartment living meets shared green spaces in one of Auckland’s oldest urban villages. Stage One comprised 161 apartments, basement car parking and landscaped common grounds.
SKHY
Designed by Cheshire Architects, SKHY was an urban renewal project in Uptown Auckland which resulted in the conversion of an old mall post office and commercial tower into a mixed-use precinct comprising of apartments and commercial units. This project was a winner at the 2020 New Zealand Architecture Awards.
128 Anzac
A 488 room, 21 level purpose built student accommodation tower completed in February 2020 for the start of the academic year.
